WMM Construction was founded to build on more than a decade of proven experience in the construction industry. Our leadership team previously operated under Skystone, where we delivered some of the most complex modular and multifamily projects in North America — including a 20-story modular hotel in New York City.
Today, WMM continues that legacy with the same experienced leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality that has defined our work since 2014. As a licensed General Contractor in California, we bring deep expertise in multifamily, modular, and electrical construction to every project we undertake.

General Construction
We build multifamily, hotel, and commercial projects from the ground up. With over 20 years of experience, we manage every phase — from preconstruction to final handover — with precision and accountability.
Modular Construction GCs
We are experts in modular execution for single-family, multifamily, mid-rise, and high-rise buildings. Our team has led some of the most complex modular projects in North America and knows how to bridge factory and field seamlessly.
Electrical Contracting
Our in-house electrical team self-performs critical scopes, including power distribution, lighting, low voltage, and fire alarm. We also subcontract for other GCs and modular manufacturers, providing trusted execution that keeps schedules on track.
